BOSTON, MA – The Boston Bruins announced today, July 23, that they have reached a multi-year agreement on terms to extend their contract with CBS RADIO Boston, which has been the radio home of the Bruins since the 1995-96 NHL season. All Bruins games will continue to be broadcast on
“98.5 The Sports Hub” (WBZ-FM) along with thirty-minute pre- and post-game shows. “98.5 The Sports Hub” debuted on Thursday, August 13, 2009 as the only FM station of its kind in the Boston area, airing
B’s games since the 2009-10 season.
The Bruins and CBS RADIO Boston also announced that “98.5 The Sports Hub” will extend “The Hockey Show” to a two-hour weekly broadcast.
